These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, booking system,

and the services provided by BlackCar Panama VIP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a

tour or transfer with us, you (“customer,” “traveler,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.


1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized partners, or

directly with our staff.

• Full payment or a deposit (when applicable) is required to confirm your

reservation.

• Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.


2. Traveler Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate personal information, including full names,

flight details, and contact information.

• Travelers are responsible for having valid travel documents (passport, visas,

permits).

• Customers must respect safety instructions from guides, drivers, or captains at

all times.

• Some tours require moderate physical activity. It is your responsibility to assess

your physical condition before booking.


3. Health & Safety

• We must be notified in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special

requirements.


• BlackCar Panama VIP is not liable for injuries or accidents caused by reckless

behavior, ignoring instructions, or pre-existing health conditions.

• We strongly recommend all travelers carry personal travel insurance.


4. Cancellation Policy

• Each tour or transfer may have specific cancellation terms. Please check the

details on the individual tour page before booking.

• Unless otherwise stated on the tour page:

◦ 7 or more days before the service date: Full refund.

◦ 2–6 days before the service date: 50% refund.

◦ Less than 24 hours before the service date: Non-refundable.

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to

blackcarpanama@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +(507)-6929-9409.


5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will only be processed according to our Cancellation Policy timelines:

◦ 7 or more days before the service date: Full refund.

◦ 2–6 days before the service date: 50% refund.

◦ Less than 24 hours before the service date: Non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be processed to the original form of payment.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

(usually 7–14 business days).

• If a tour or service is canceled by BlackCar Panama VIP due to operational

reasons or Force Majeure, customers will be offered:

◦ A rescheduled date, or

◦ A credit voucher, or

◦ A full refund (excluding non-refundable third-party fees, if applicable).


6. No-Show Policy

• A “No-Show” occurs when the traveler does not arrive at the designated meeting

point or pickup location at the agreed time, without prior notice.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

BlackCar Panama VIP is not liable for service interruptions, cancellations, or delays

caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods)

• Government actions, strikes, or civil unrest

• Epidemics or pandemics

• Transportation interruptions (road closures, accidents, airline issues)

• Severe weather or unsafe conditions at sea or on land

In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule services or provide credit/refunds

in line with our Refund Policy.


8. Changes & Cancellations by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify services due to operational issues,

safety concerns, or Force Majeure events.

• In such cases, customers will be offered rescheduling options, credit, or refunds.


9. Liability & Insurance

• Participation in tours and transfers is at your own risk.


• BlackCar Panama VIP is not responsible for loss, theft, damage of personal

belongings, delays caused by traffic, airline issues, or Force Majeure events.

• We strongly recommend all travelers carry personal travel insurance.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City, Republic

of Panama.
